当你的金钱超过
25,000金时，德米特里厄斯会来农场问你，是否愿意把山洞给他做一项研究。他会给你两个选择，果蝠（会留下水果）或者蘑菇，这个选择是不可逆的，请慎重选择。

果蝠会在您的农场的山洞中留下各种水果。这是制作工匠物品的一个很好的选择，因为它能不受季节限制，缓慢但稳定的供应水果。并且对在前两年你没有足够的钱买所有果树之前，完成茶水间的
工匠收集包有所帮助。果树果实是给村民送礼的一个好选择，因为大部分人都喜欢，而且在游戏初期很容易获得并不需要厨房进行烹饪。水果在游戏晚期最大的作用是送礼，除此之外还可以用来制造工匠物品, 售卖,完成收集包，或者吃了补充体力(虽然加的不多)。

Six plots will be added to the cave where certain types of mushrooms will randomly grow. Five different types will appear, including all four that are required to craft the Life Elixir. Even though Common Mushrooms, Morels, and Chanterelles are the ones that most commonly appear, this is still the best way to craft the elixir as often as possible. This makes the Mushroom option a great one for those who love to go into The Mines, especially since most mushrooms can be hard to find otherwise. This is also a good choice for players that have grown, or plan to grow, fruit trees and do not need the extra fruit provided by the fruit bats.
