It can be repaired by bringing a stack of 300 Wood. The Skeletal Hand can be found by digging in the Beach.

潮汐池
This area can only be accessed after the broken bridge is repaired. Large quantities of coral and some sea urchins and oysters can frequently be found here, particularly after a storm.
There is a small dock to the south of the tidal pools.
The Old Mariner can be found at the northern edge of the tidal pools when it is raining or during stormy weather.
