:We decided not to put the names of all clothing items in [[Template:Name]] in English, because most of the images are named "shirt003.png" or "shirt118.png", so they do not match the name that should display on the page. And they are used in 1 or 2 places on the wiki (other than on the [[裁缝]] page), so adding 200 entries to Template:Name didn't make sense. It would make Template:Name more difficult to maintain, for entries that aren't used often, and don't have their own page.
:So, go with #2. Are you able to unpack the game's data files and see <samp>ClothingInformation.zh-CN.xnb</samp>? If not, I can upload it as a .json file, so you can see the current translations for all clothing items.

I didn't create the template, and I don't really see a use for it, other than placing it on pages that display incorrectly after a template update. 1. The logo on the Chinese homepage is too wide, see [[Talk:Stardew Valley Wiki#Logo is too wide]].
2. The developer logo [[:File:Developed By Image ZH.gif]] and [[:File:Developed By Image small ZH.gif]] was updated in v1.4 and should be replaced.

:I will put it on my "to do" list to update the "Developed by" images, but I wouldn't expect it before v1.6 is released. I tried playing around with the sizes of the home page, and I think they're as good as they can be. 400px is way too small, so I adjusted the images alongside it, and it looked awful.
