A 無力的雞 is an 動物 obtained by placing a 虛空蛋 in an 孵化器. The first 虛空蛋 is obtained through a 隨機事件 that occurs after the player goes to sleep. A witch will fly over a 雞舍 and leave a 虛空蛋 inside.
A 虛空蛋 can also be purchased from the 旅行貨車 in 蘋果酒森林, or from 科羅布斯 in 下水道. A 虛空蛋 requires 4 days to incubate, including the day it is placed in the 孵化器. A 無力的雞 matures 6 days after hatching, or 3 days after hatching with the 牧羊人專業.
Produce
The 無力的雞 can produce a 虛空蛋 every morning (if it was fed the prior day), which sells for 
65金. The 虛空蛋 can be used in cooking recipes calling for an egg. 虛空蛋 can also be placed in the 蛋黃醬機 to produce 虛空蛋黃醬, which sells for 275金.

Selling
無力的雞 may be sold the same way as normal chickens. The more hearts the animal has, the higher its sell price. A new-born chick sells for 252金, and a maximum-heart 無力的雞 for 1,040金, the same as for normal chickens.
