斧头是一种工具，用于砍树枝、树木和小树桩，也可以清除或者收割某些东西，尤其是获取木材。它在游戏初始就已经获得了。当升级之后，它能砍伐大型的树桩并最终能够砍伐圆木来获得硬木。

从v1.11版本开始，在河谷和森林的农场地图，一些灌木也能被升级过的斧头摧毁了。
