文字标牌是一种可打造物品，玩家可以在上面写入一段文本。当玩家靠近文字标牌或将鼠标悬停在其上时，文字标牌会出现一个对话气泡来展示存有的文本，这段文本可以通过与文字标牌互动以重新修改。

文字标牌可写入的字数上限是60个字符。

巴士站修复之后，如果潘姆当天休息，她会在公交车旁留下一个文字标牌，通知玩家需要自己开巴士去沙漠。文字标牌会在第二天自动移除，玩家也可以将其提前占为己有。
