He sends a letter inviting the player to meet him in the "watery cave" on Ginger Island after they have collected 100 [[Golden Walnut]]s. The "watery cave" is the [[Ginger Island#Dig Site|Mushroom Cave]] on [[Ginger Island]], located in the fossil dig site just west of [[Professor Snail|Professor Snail's]] tent. There he sells a perfection waiver for {{price|500000}} that grants 1% progress towards [[perfection]]. (The waiver is not an actual in-game item.)
