:::::That bot account was created under the old wiki (when it was managed by Chucklefish). The current administration (now that the wiki is managed by ConcernedApe) has different rules about bot accounts, so there's really no point in creating a new account.
:::::About the category -- I can "move" it to a new name, but none of the pages in it will be affected. The category on all pages in the old category will have to be manually changed. So, you can create the new category, change the categories on the pages, then mark the old category with <code><nowiki>{{Delete}}</nowiki></code>. Please let me know if you have any more questions!
