Crab pots are floated on the shores of bodies of water (lakes, ponds, rivers, or the ocean) and primed with Bait in order to catch fish. Players with the Luremaster profession don't need to refill the pots with bait.

They are very useful for increasing your fishing level without actually having to fish. Fish caught with Crab Pots (Lobsters, crabs, etc.) also count towards the Mother Catch Achievement.

Crab pots can be crafted, or purchased for data-sort-value="1500">1,500金 at Willy's Fish Shop once you've reached fishing skill level 3. Three Crab Pots are the reward for completing the 鱼缸的 蟹笼收集包.

Anywhere

The following trash items can be obtained by putting a crab pot in any type of water, which includes the river, the lake and the ocean. They can be recycled into useful items. Recycling Machine

The following creatures can be caught by putting a crab pot in the waters of The Beach.

Note that iridium quality Clam, Cockle, Mussel, or Oyster can be obtained only by Foraging them after choosing the Botanist Profession. The maximum quality obtainable with a crab pot is gold.
