My translation may not be the best, and I'm open to suggestions.（歡迎提出修改意見）

My questions are:

1. How to use this "{{{welcome|}}}"? I'm trying to learn, but I can't find this used on any pages, can you show me an example?

2. Should we add a prompt in the template to remind readers to avoid edit conflicts? Margotbean said that "Template should invite others to edit", however, if this template means "This article is under construction (usually by the editor who added this template)", then inviting others to edit may cause edit conflicts. Personally, in most wikis I know, the use of {{under construction}} simply means "do not edit this page while this message is displayed". If we do want to invite others to edit, I think we can use template:stub instead.--Shirotsuki（討論） 2023年6月27日 (二) 08:31 (UTC)
