:Hello to you! Yes, template changes need to be carried out in all 12 languages. Yes, it is difficult! There are 3 different sets of images for [[Template:Collections Items Shipped]] (because the image for milk and goat milk are different), and one set of images for this template (Fish). First I need to confirm that all 12 languages look the same, that is, the items are in the same order in all languages. Then I need to upload updated images for all languages. Then all templates need to be changed. It is a big job, which is why it hasn't been done yet.
