I'm considering creating a QQ group (the most common means of communication in mainland China) in the name of the official wiki and would like to ask if it's feasible. Additionally, I've noticed that the time format for Simplified Chinese has now been changed to the 24-hour system - could we consider globally replacing the old time texts? [[User:Sizau|时舟]]（[[User talk:Sizau|讨论]]） 2024年3月23日 (六) 18:32 (UTC)
